and 3 hours later she was on her third project...
It was so easy to learn. We just watched the video several times and then grabbed the yarn and watched again pressing pause after each step. The next day two friends came over and she taught them how and within minutes they were all doing it. She added some beads and turned her yarn chains into a necklace for her sister and then made a extra long scarf for me.

that is such a fun kid project! i love it! and that is so neat that you are doing a camp!
This is cool. I hope the days slow down around here so we can try this before I forget! I think Micah could make some cool rope with this, you know, nothing too girly. (not that scarves are girly)

My daughter has been doing this too...she learned from her cousins...they had a good time together hand knitting and visiting together...then they all dragged their webkinz around with them LoL
